ORDER OF SCATHZ KAPPA OMEGA SIGMA/ LAMBDA OMEGA SIGMA FRATERNITY AND SORORITY CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS As initially adopted by the Founders of our beloved fraternal order at the meeting held on September 26, 1959 in the University of the Philippines, Diliman , Quezon City, with Atty. Miguel A. Enriquez, Jr., then editor of the U.P. Philippinisian, presiding as Chairman, Justice Romeo Brauner as Secretary, and with Comm. Titus Villanueva as member on the Committee on Constitution. Because of the martial law the constitution and bylaws of the Kappa Omega Sigma fraternity was formally adopted only in the eve of September 26, 1968. Amended by Neil E. Enriquez on September 26, 1987 to establish a sorority the Lambda Omega Sigma and unite both fraternity and sorority under the name Order of Scathz.
